Ordering Information

Orders

Every effort has been made to display all products as accurately as possible and all dimensions are as accurate as possible.

Please be aware that colours and images vary depending on your monitor and browser and it cannot be guaranteed that products will be exactly as seen on your monitor.

Once your order is received we aim to despatch items within 2 - 5 working days depending on availability.

Some items may not be in stock and will have to be made to order. Bobbi's Glass will notify you when your order has been despatched.

If we are unable to complete an order you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will be offered the choice or a refund or an alternative item/s.

Postage

Postage is free to all addresses in the UK.

All items are sent using Royal Mail and are sent First Class. Orders over £20 are sent Recorded Delivery.

Orders over £35 are sent special delivery, which includes insurance up to £500 and next day delivery.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, please do not use the shopping cart. Instead, email Bobbi's Glass listing the reference number, and a brief description of the items you wish to purchase. A PayPal payment request will be sent to you which includes the cost of the items and the cost of postage.

If your order has not been received within 7 days of being despatched please notify Bobbi‘s Glass.

Payment

If you live in the UK you can use the shopping cart to pay securely by credit/debit card (through PayPal).

As soon as you confirm your order, you will be taken to PayPal's own secure site where you can complete your order.

Bobbi's Glass does not see your card details at any time.

Returns and Refunds

If any item is faulty please return it in the original packaging using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.  You will be refunded the cost of the item(s) along with the cost of postage.

If the item is not what you were looking for and you wish for a refund it must be returned in good saleable condition and we will refund the cost of the item(s) only.  

It is advisable to return items by Recorded Delivery.
